Return Policy

Moheb Perfumes strives to provide customers with the best shopping experience. As opened or used products cannot be reused or resold, items cannot be returned once delivered.

Customers should contact our customer care within 24-48 hours in the event they receive a damaged, broken, leaked, or incorrect product.

In extreme cases of product damage due to transit (leakage, broken, missing items), a refund or exchange may be initiated after a thorough verification process in accordance with our refund policy.

Our products contain active natural extracts and ingredients, and damages due to neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application will not be covered under this policy. This also does not cover reactions arising from specific sensitivities to a product or ingredient. Customers are advised to perform a patch test as mentioned on every product.

Refund Policy

Moheb Perfumes is not responsible for any damage after the delivery of the products.

An unboxing video with the original packaging is mandatory for any claims regarding missing items, leakage, breakage, damage, or incorrect products.

To claim a refund, kindly contact our customer care at +91 7700904632 or email us at info@mohebventures.com with the necessary images and videos related to your claim. The subject line should be “Refund For [Order Number]”.

If a package is found to be tampered with, damaged, or defective upon delivery, customers are advised to refuse the package at the time of delivery.

For orders marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact customer care within 3 days of the product being marked as delivered. No refunds shall be issued beyond this period.

Refund amounts do not include delivery charges, as they are non-refundable by delivery partners.

Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders shall be processed to the bank account provided by the customer within 4-7 working days.

Refund claims must be made within 24 hours of order delivery. If approved, refunds may take up to 15 days to be credited from the date of acceptance.

Moheb Perfumes will provide all necessary details, including relevant screenshots and transaction IDs, once the refund is initiated.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations can only be processed before dispatch from our warehouse. A gateway charge of 2.5% shall be deducted from the refunded amount for cancellations.

For prepaid orders, refunds shall be credited to the original payment method within 15 days of cancellation acceptance.

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. If an order is returned to the seller after shipping (for prepaid orders), an amount of INR 75 will be deducted from the refund.
